Multiple pay rates for an employee

Step 1: Select "Employees" from the main menu.

Step 2: Select an employee from the "All Employees" list.

Step 3: Select the "Pay Rates" option from "Employees" to add an additional "Pay Rate" by clicking the "+" symbol on the bottom right.

Note: An employee can have more than 1 pay rate. Any earning defined as pay items under "Settings" can be mapped here and its base rate can be updated specifically to the employee.

โ€‹For example, The Nightshift wage for employee A can be $35 per hour whereas employee B can be $50 per hour.

Step 4: Click "Save" to update the changes.

Step 5: Select multiple pay rates per employee while creating their pay run.
