How do I add an Accountant / User in Payroo?

Account access to an accountant/Bookkeeper/ Business Partner.

Give account access to your accountant or business partner to the existing company registered with payroo.

Step 1: Go to Settings


Step 2: Select Access under settings


Step 3: Click on Invite


Step 4: Enter the details required

Step 5: Click on send

Once the Invite is sent you can see the status as "Invited"

And an invite will be sent to the provided email address, where the accountant/ business partner can create the password and login into the account.

Once the user logs in the status will be shown as "Active"
