Grant account access to your accountant or business partner for the registered Organisation.
Step 1: Go to Settings
Step 2: Select Access under settings
Step 3: Click on Invite
Step 4: Enter the details required to send the invitation
User Roles
Administrator: Grants complete access to organisation data, including Payruns, Employees, Reports, Features, and Settings.
Advisor: Provides access solely for processing pay runs, excluding access to Employees, Reports, Features, and Settings.
Step 5: Click on send
After sending the invite, the status will display as "Invited."
An invitation will be emailed, allowing the accountant or business partner to create a password and access the account.
Upon user login, the status updates to "Active".
You can also resend the invite, edit user details, or delete the user to revoke organisation access.
