Step 1: Click on "Forgot Password?" link on the Login page

Step 2: Enter Payroo registered email address, then click "Send Recovery Link" to receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password

Note: If you don't receive the email, first check your junk or spam folder. If no email was received in either, please contact our support team.

Step 3: Click on the "Reset Password" link sent to your email to change or update your password

Step 4: Set a strong password and click on "Update Password & Continue" to login
