Step 1: Select "Settings" from the main menu

Step 2: Select "Deductions" under "Pay Items"

Step 3: Click on "Add Deductions" under "Deduction Settings" to add your first deduction

Step 4: Enter Deduction "Name", "Amount", & select "Type" such as "Fees" or "Workplace Giving"

Step 5: Click on the green (+) button to add more deductions

Step 6: Click "Save" to update the changes
