If you want to adjust a leave balance for an employee.

Step 1: Select "Employees" from the main menu.

Step 2: Select an employee from the "All Employees" list.

Step 3: Select "Employment" and scroll down to "Leave Settings" to enable "Pay Annual & Personal Leave" for the employee.

The option to enable leaves for the employee will be active only if the "Employment Basis" if the employee is either "Part-Time" or "Full Time".

Enter the amended leave balance under the Opening Balance (Hours) for "Annual Leave" and "Personal Leave".

Step 4: Click on "Save" to update the changes.

Note: This will not change the record in the payslips published prior to this amendment. But will adjust the leave balances to correct value which will endure further pay run accruals to be correct.
