If your Payroo subscription has been deactivated, you can reactivate it at any time using your existing Payroo login details. Once you reactivate your subscription, you can continue using Payroo to create pay runs, finalise STP and manage your payroll.
How to reactivate your subscription?
1. Log in to Payroo
Log in to Payroo using your existing login email and password. If your account is deactivated, you will see a message at the top of the dashboard: Your account is deactivated. Reactivate to create pay runs and finalise STP.
Select
Reactivate.
2. Review your subscription
You will be taken to the Reactivate your subscription screen.
Here, you can review:
Your payment details
Your current subscription plan
The number of employees in your organisation
The amount you will be charged today
Your subscription cost is calculated based on the number of employees in your Payroo account.
For example, if you have 1 employee, the screen will show the applicable charge for 1 employee.
3. Confirm your payment
Review the subscription and payment details. If everything is correct, select Confirm & Pay.
Your card will be charged the amount shown on the screen, and your subscription will start immediately.
4. Start using Payroo again
Once your payment is successful, your account will be reactivated.
You can then continue using Payroo, including:
Creating pay runs
Finalising and lodging STP
Managing employees
Using other payroll features available on your plan
Note:
Your existing employees and payroll information remain in your Payroo account when your subscription is deactivated. Reactivating your subscription allows you to resume using the payroll features based on your selected plan.
