Payroo now includes a secure digital seal on every payslip generated through the platform. This helps verify that a payslip is genuine and has not been altered since it was issued.
This makes it easier for employees to use their payslips as proof of employment when applying for loans, rentals or other services.
What is Verifiabl?
Verifiabl is a payslip verification service integrated with Payroo. It adds a unique QR code (digital seal) to each payslip, allowing approved organisations to check whether the payslip was genuinely generated by Payroo and whether its details have remained unchanged.
How does it work?
A QR code is automatically added to each payslip generated in Payroo.
Employees can share their payslips with lenders, property agents or other organisations that require proof of employment.
The organisation can scan the QR code to verify the payslip's authenticity.
If the payslip has been edited or altered after it was issued, it will fail verification.
Note: The verification process does not share any personal information about the employer or employee.

How to Enable Verifiabl
You can enable or disable the Verifiabl feature from your Payroo account settings.
To enable Verifiabl, follow these steps:
Log in to your Payroo account.
Go to Features from the main menu.
Under Payroo Feature, select Verifiabl
Enable the Verifiabl feature.
Once enabled, a secure digital seal (QR code) will be automatically added to the payslips you generate.
Is there any additional cost or change to the payroll process?
No. The Verifiabl feature is included at no additional cost. The digital seal is added automatically when you generate payslips, so there is no change to your existing payroll process.
