Step 1: Open the Payroo Employee App
Step 2: Login to Your Account
Step 3: Tap on the Timesheets Icon
Step 4: Click on the "+" Icon
Under "My Timesheets", click on the "+" icon at the top right corner of the screen. This will allow you to add a new timesheet entry.
Step 5: Select Start and End Date
Click on the Start Date to select the start date from the calendar. Then, click on the End Date to select the end date from the calendar. This will determine the period for which you want to add a timesheet entry.
Step 6: View Dates and Pay Items
After selecting the start and end date, the app will list all the dates falling within the selected period under "Dates". Tap on a date to view the pay items for that specific date.
Step 7: Select the Earning Item
Under Pay Items, click on the earning item name for which you want to add a timesheet entry. This will open the Edit Timesheet Entry screen.
Step 8: Select Entry Type
Under Edit Timesheet Entry, select the entry type for the pay item. This could be Regular, Overtime, or any other type specified by your employer.
Step 9: Enter the Start and End Time
Next, select the start time and end time for the pay item. This will determine the number of hours worked for that specific pay item.
Step 10: Add Notes (Optional)
If you want to add any notes or comments for the timesheet entry, you can do so by clicking on the "Add Notes" button and typing in your notes.
Step 11: Add Breaks (Optional)
If you took any breaks during your working hours, you can add them by clicking on the "+" icon under "Add Breaks". Select the start and end time of the break to accurately track your working hours.
Step 12: Save the Entry
Once you have entered all the necessary information, click on the "Update Entry" button to save the hours for the selected date.
Step 13: Save and Submit the Timesheet
After saving the entry, click on the "Save Changes" button to save the timesheet. The timesheet will now be in draft status. To submit the timesheet to your employer or manager for approval, click on the "Save & Submit" button. The status of the timesheet will be updated from draft to pending approval.
Step 14: Approval and Notification
Once your employer or manager has approved the pending timesheet, the status will be updated to approved. You will receive an alert on your mobile device when the timesheet is approved or rejected.
