Overview

Create and approve timesheets on behalf of employees. The system allows only one timesheet per date range. Before creating a timesheet, verify that the employee has not already created one. Employees can view, edit, and resubmit employer-created timesheets if they are in draft or pending approval status.

  1. Select Timesheets from the main menu

  2. Click on Create New Timesheet

  3. Select the Employee

  4. Select the Timesheet Start Date and End Date

  5. Click on Create
The timesheet will be created successfully

  6. Record work hours
Record work hours with start and end times, and log breaks for each day. To record hours for additional pay items like overtime or weekend work, click the "+" button under "pay item."

  7. Click on Save
Saves the timesheet as a draft, pending approval and still editable.

  8. Click on Approve
Approve the timesheet in the pop-up window to finalise its status and enable payrun creation.

  9. Click on Reject
Add a note explaining the rejection reason.

  10. Notification
Employees will be notified upon timesheet creation, approval, or rejection.
