Step 1 - Login to Payroo

Step 2 - Click on "Features" > "HR" > "Connect"

Step 3 - To connect to IntelliHR from Payroo, we will need the Tenant URL and the Access API Key. The tenant URL and the API Access Key can be accessed from your IntelliHR account.

Step 4 - Login to the IntelliHR portal, if you have an account already.

Step 5 - Click on "Dashboard"

Step 6 - Copy the URL link shown on the screen. This URL is the Tenant URL

Step 7 - Paste the URL in Payroo

API Access Key

Step 8 - Click on "Settings"

Step 9 - Scroll down to the bottom of the page, to find the "Public API Access Keys" section, please select that option

Step 10 - Click on "Create Access Key"

Step 11 - Pick a name for your new access key. It could be anything such as the name of the application you will be integrating, or a brief description of how it is used.

Step 12 - Click on "Create Access Key"

Step 13 - Click on "Copy" to copy the key.

Step 14 - Paste the key in Payroo and click on 'Connect'

Step 15 - Once the connection is successful you will receive a confirmation message. Click on "OKAY" to proceed further.

​Step 16 - Now click on sync employees to sync the employee data from IntelliHR to Payroo

Step 17 - Click on the "Employees" section in Payroo to see all the employee details

Step 18 - Once the employee data is synced, please update the tax details of the employee to process the payroll

Note - All the employees will be inactive until the tax details are updated.
