Step 1 - Login to Payroo
Step 2 - Click on "Features" > "Workplace"
Step 3- Click on "Connect" to connect to "Deputy"
Step 4 - Once you click on connect, it will redirect to the deputy portal.
Step 5 - Login to the deputy portal with the credentials if you have an account already.
Do not have an account with Deputy yet? Get started now!
Step 6 - Once you log in, please select the business name that was registered in deputy to connect to Payroo.
Step 7 - Click on "Allow Access" once the business is selected.
Step 8 - Once you allow access, the page will be redirected to Payroo again and will show the option to "Configure Deputy"
Step 9 - To configure the selected business, please click on the drop-down under "Map Location" and select the business
Step 10 - To configure the deputy timesheets, click on the drop-down under "Import Timesheets As" and click on "Timesheet"
Step 10 - Click on "Save"
Step 11 - Now you are connected to deputy.
Step 12 - Now enable the "Sync Employees" and "Sync Timesheets" options.
Step 13 - Once the options are enabled, click on the "sync" option to sync all the employee data from deputy.
Step 14 - Once the employee details are synced, you will see a confirmation message stating "Employees synced successfully"
Step 10- Click on the "Employees" section in Payroo to see all the employee details
Step 11 - Once the employee data is synced, please update the tax details of the employee to process the payroll
Note - All employees will be inactive until the tax details are updated.
