How do I add another organisation to my existing Payroo account using WPN?

Create a new organisation using Withholding Payer Number (WPN).

Step 1: Click on the organisation name at the bottom left corner of the screen.

Step 2: Click on the "Add organisation" to create a new organisation.

Step 3: Select the "Withholding Payer Number (WPN)" tab & fill in the required details as per the image below.

Step 4: Click on "Create Account".

Step 5: You will be notified with a message "Created New Organization Successfully" & will be directed to the "Employees" screen.


โ€‹Note: Select the latest created organisation to update the address if it is different from the previous organisation.
"Settings" > "General Settings" > "Business Details" > "Save" to update the changes.

You have now created a new organisation successfully. Start adding employees and create your pay runs!
