How to filter the employee's list based on timesheet status?

This article explains how to filter the employees list based on the status of the timesheet

Step 1: Select "Timesheets"

Step 2: Click on the "Status"

Step 3: Click on the drop-down and select the status of the timesheet

Step 4: You can now see the timesheets and the employee name with the selected status

Draft

The timesheet is saved and can be edited

This will not allow you to create a pay run.

Pending Approval

If the employee submits the timesheet from the Payroo Employee App, the status will be shown as "Pending Approval"

This will not allow you to create a pay run.

Approved

Once the timesheets are approved by the employer, the status changes to Approved.

This will allow you to create a pay run.

Paid

Once a pay run is created with the approved timesheets and the pay run is published, the status of the timesheet changes to Paid from approved.

Rejected

Once the timesheets are rejected by the employer, the status changes to Rejected.

The timesheet with status rejected will not allow you to create a pay run
