3. Understand your dashboard

The Agent home dashboard provides an overview of your client organisations and payroll activity.

Dashboard summary

The dashboard displays four key metrics:

  • Organisations: The number of organisations listed under your agent account.

  • Employees under management: The total number of employees across the organisations you manage.

  • Pay runs due this week: An overview of upcoming pay runs.

  • Overdue super submissions: An overview of super submissions requiring attention.

These metrics help you monitor your client portfolio and identify payroll tasks that may need attention.

Organisation list

The organisation table displays information about each client, including:

  • Organisation name and ABN or other business identifier.

  • Number of employees.

  • Next pay run, where available.

  • Subscription status.

  • Latest pay run status.

  • Latest super batch status.

Actions available on the dashboard

Depending on your permissions, you can:

  • Select Open payroll to access an organisation's payroll.

  • Select Add New Organisation to add a client.

Before adding organisations, complete the ATO Software ID setup described in our ATO setup guide.
