Step 1: Go to "Payruns" and select the relevant payrun which you want to edit.
Note: You can only edit an "unpublished" payrun, you can't edit Published/Filed pay runs.
Step 2: Click on the drop-down button beside each employee's "Net Pay".
Step 3: Click on the Taxes box
Step 4: Edit "PAYG" by entering the desired value under the "PAYG" box then click on "Save" to update the values.
Note: As per ATO guidelines we are rounding off the value to the nearest digit if the values were entered in decimals.
Ex: If you enter 12.22 under PAYG ($) our system will round it off to "12"
Ex: If you enter 12.86 our system will round it off to "13"
Step 5: Edit "Medicare" by entering the desired value under the "Medicare" box then click on "Save" to update the values.
Step 6: Edit "Student Loan" by entering the desired value under the "Student Loan" box then click on "Save" to update the values.
Step 7: Click on "Save" to updated values.
