To ensure your leave request is included in the correct pay run, submit it before the pay run is created or while it's in unpublished status.
Leave requests are assigned to a pay period based on the requested leave date, employee pay frequency, and the previous pay period's end date.
Approved leave requests are automatically included in the relevant pay run.

For example, a leave request for May 22, 2025, falls within the pay period ending May 25, 2025.
Upon approval of leave request and during the pay run for May 19-25, 2025, the leave hours will be allocated under the appropriate leave type.

Once the pay run is published, the leave status changes to "Paid," and the leave request becomes uneditable.
