Please check how to create a payrun if you haven't already.

Step 1: Select an "Unpublished" pay run from the "View All Payruns" list.

Step 2: Click on "Save" to save the values.

Step 3: Click on "Publish" to publish a pay run.

Note 1: "Published" pay runs cannot be edited.
Note 2: Check the "Send payslips now" box to all employees while publishing the pay run or you can download and resend payslips anytime after publishing a pay run.

Step 4: You will now be notified with messages showing "Updated Payrun" and "Published Payrun Successfully" on the payrun screen.

Step 5: Payrun status will now be updated to "Published".

Step 6: Click on Published payrun and click on "FILE NOW" to File to ATO
